Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to provide financial insights and drive cost optimization.
• Regularly review internal controls across mill locations to ensure compliance.
• Identify process gaps and implement automation or improvements for efficiency.
• Lead Record-to-Report activities including month-end close and reporting.
• Oversee Procure-to-Pay processes ensuring timely payments and vendor compliance.
• Standardize finance practices across multiple sites for consistency.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, auditors, and external partners.

Role & responsibilities

• Business partnering: Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and drive cost optimization initiatives.
• Internal controls review: Regularly assess and strengthen internal control frameworks across mill locations to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Process improvements: Identify gaps in existing processes, recommend automation or simplification opportunities, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Record-to-Report leadership: Oversee R2R processes including month-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of financial statements.
• Procure-to-Pay leadership: Manage P2P processes across mill locations, ensuring vendor compliance, timely payments, and effective working capital management.
• Cross-location coordination: Standardize finance practices across multiple mill sites, ensuring consistency, transparency, and alignment with corporate objectives.
• Stakeholder management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, auditors, and external partners to support smooth financial operations.

Preferred candidate profile
