Job summary

Hyatt is seeking an Assistant Director of Finance to support the Director of Finance in planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Accounting & Finance and Information Systems functions, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to brand standards.

The role requires a university degree or diploma in Finance or Hospitality/Tourism management, CA would be an advantage, and a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, with strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• CA certification would be an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Director of Finance or Finance Manager.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Finance in planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Accounting & Finance and Information Systems policies and procedures, operation and administration.
• Assist in the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and departments operate smoothly to meet guest and owner expectations.
