Job description

Division: Aurea Biolabs

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically strong Analytical Scientist to join our team. The role involves planning and executing analytical development projects, providing strategic direction, and mentoring team members while ensuring high-quality scientific and operational standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Analytical Method Development & Instrumentation
  • Act as a technical expert in analytical method development using Microplate Reader, HPLC, GC-MS, and LC-MS.
  • Handle, maintain, and troubleshoot analytical instruments to ensure uninterrupted laboratory operations.
  • Lead experiment design and planning to support product development and research initiatives.
  • Interpret characterization studies and perform detailed data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
  • Identify natural molecules using advanced analytical techniques.
  • Project Execution & Coordination
  • Plan and execute analytical projects with a structured and strategic approach.
  • Coordinate with external laboratories and facilities for specialized studies and collaborations.
  • Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and preparation of technical reports.
  • Communicate analytical findings effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage timelines and ensure completion of allocated responsibilities within deadlines.
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Train, mentor, and guide Research Associates (RA) and Senior Research Associates (SRA).
  • Provide technical direction and support to team members.
  • Encourage innovation and ideation for new products and analytical projects.
