Job summary

WSP India is seeking a Project Controller to manage cost, schedule, risk and reporting for AUS Mining projects. You will collaborate with Project Managers, engineering teams, and finance to ensure on-time delivery within budget and aligned with governance standards.

Responsibilities include budgets/forecasts, MSP/P6 scheduling, dashboards and KPIs, risk tracking, and governance support. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience with EVM concepts and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Project Management / related field.
• Certifications such as PMP / Primavera / AACE (preferred).

• Cost & Financial Control: Manage budgets, forecasts (EAC/ETC), variance analysis.
• Planning & Scheduling: Support MSP/P6 schedules, track progress and critical path.
• Reporting: Prepare dashboards, KPIs, and project performance insights.
• Risk & Change: Maintain project data, trackers, and registers (risk, change, issues)
• Governance: Support WBS, baselines, and ensure process compliance.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate project data and reporting systems.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work with PMs, engineers, and finance teams.
