Job summary

Clario, a Thermo Fisher Scientific company, seeks a Clinical Project Administrator in India to support project administration, billing, forecasting, and training document development. You will configure Salesforce for Read, image QC, and related billable services.

You will liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure timely study deliverables, support start-up, execution, and close-out activities, and help maintain SOPs aligned with GCP, ICH, and FDA guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
  • 1+ year in pharma drug development, clinical trials, or related fields.
  • Strong MS Office knowledge; healthcare or imaging experience a plus.
  • Attention to detail with ability to manage high-volume configurations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Clinical Project Managers with project administration, billing, forecasting, and training documents.
  • Liaise between cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Support start-up, execution, and close-out activities including invoice reconciliation.
  • Monitor financial progress, respond to inquiries, and act as PM when needed.
  • Create and maintain Salesforce configurations for Read, image QC, and related services.
  • Align configurations with workflows and business rules.
  • Maintain SOPs and contribute to process improvements.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assisting Clinical Project Managers with project administration, including the support of project billing and forecasting, developing training documents, reviewing presentations, and configuring software for the automation of project financial hygiene.
  • Acting as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of study deliverables.
  • Supporting project start-up, execution, and close-out activities, including finance-related tasks like invoice reconciliation, auto-billing configuration, and forecasting support.
  • Monitoring project financial progress, responding to billing / forecasting inquiries, communicating with internal stakeholders, and serving as acting Project Manager if/when needed.
  • Create, update, and maintain Salesforce software configurations for Read, image QC, Scientific Consultation, and related billable services.
  • Ensure these software configurations are aligned with operational workflows and reflect current business rules and service structures.
  • Maintaining quality standards by adhering to SOPs, executing protocol functions according to GCP, ICH, and FDA guidelines, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
  • Contributing to team efforts, attending trainings, and performing other duties as assigned.
What We Look For
  • Education: Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Salesforce experienced preferred.
  • Experience: 1+ years in pharmaceutical drug development, clinical trials, clinical research, or clinical imaging studies preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; healthcare, medical, clinical research, or imaging experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of and demonstrable experience with Salesforce CRM software.
  • Experience with software configuration, operations workflows, or data validation (experience in clinical or imaging environments a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of configuration tasks accurately.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to troubleshoot technical or logic-based issues.
  • Comfort working with global teams across time zones.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
