Job summary

Pinkerton is seeking an Assignment Manager to drive the development and standardization of security policies and programs for safeguarding client operations. The role focuses on leading security policy implementation on site and coordinating with local agencies and vendors.

The candidate will manage maintenance of security equipment, deliver training, and produce monthly management reports while upholding Pinkerton's values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least six years of supervisory security experience.
• Ability to deliver security awareness training.
• Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Attentive to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Ensure implemented country policies and procedures are followed at all levels within the security team on site.
• Guarantee all security and safety equipment identified issues are reported on timely basis for immediate corrective actions as per SLA.
• Nurture relationships with local, state, and central agencies including police and fire brigade.
• Stay involved in networking and hands-on industry intelligence.
• Communicate and coordinate with all stakeholders involved in corporate operations.
• Manage maintenance of CCTV, access control, visitor management system, fire extinguishers and related equipment.
• Process invoices and payment follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Call out the emergency services, as requested.
• Coordinate with security vendors/partners.
• Organize and conduct monthly security training sessions for deployed security staff.
• Prepare and share monthly management reports.
• Ensure night escorting follows client SOPs.
• Provide support during executive protection duties and events.
• All other duties as assigned.
