Job summary

• Validate high-value payments and verify transactions to support controls.
• Perform supervisory checks and daily signoffs per defined standards.
• Primary contact for partner site inquiries, client requests, and ad hoc projects related to asset servicing issues.
• Provide timely management reporting and escalations.
• Assist with developing and updating procedures, supporting system enhancements, and improving efficiency.
• Diagnose problems and deliver operational or technical resolutions within defined autonomy.
• Identify risks, issues, and trends, perform root cause analysis, and implement remediation actions.
• Optimize processes by reducing false exceptions and improving workflow execution.
• Deliver training sessions and act as SME for the team and partners.
• Manage resource planning, coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning to strengthen team capacity.
