Qualifications

• Leverage operational subject matter expertise in reconciliation, settlements, and trade support.
• Utilize asset servicing, custody, and risk and control experience to support well-controlled execution.
• Adapt to an ongoing stream of new markets, products, and processes.
• Prioritize workloads effectively while working to critical deadlines with strong risk and control awareness.
• Exhibit ownership and accountability for operational and project deliverables with a proven track record.
• Communicate confidently in writing and verbally with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Reconcile cash and stock breaks received from the market.
• Action high-risk and high-value breaks daily and highlight exceptions appropriately.

• Own departmental issues and elevate them in a timely manner to operational and risk leads.
