Rely in Mumbai is looking for a skilled individual to produce and assemble equipment for steel cold rolling mills with high accuracy. The ideal candidate will have ITI/NCTVT certification and 5-7 years of experience in an engineering environment, particularly in assembly roles. They must be adept at handling engineering drawings, mechanical parts, and measurement tools.

This position involves ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, effective problem identification, and maintaining operational safety procedures.

Qualifications

• ITI/NCTVT course from a recognized institute with around 5-7 years experience in assembly in any engineering industry.
• Knowledge of piping and engineering drawings.
• Expert in use of measuring instruments.
• Expert in machine building with accuracy.

Job Purpose

Produces equipment of steel cold rolling mills & process lines with high accuracy.

• Mechanical parts/components identification & use of knowledge.
• Plans assembly sequence by studying drawings, specifications, machining parameters, interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances.
• Hand assembly experience for steel cold rolling mill and process line equipment.
• Handling & use of measurement equipment.
• Use of mechanical tools & tackles.
• Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures.
• Problem identification and troubleshooting.
• Ensures compliance to quality, safety & environmental standards as per ISO9001.
