Hardware & Skill Requirements

• Laptop or Desktop is mandatory.
• USB Headphones / BPO-Type Headset.
• Stable Wi-Fi or Broadband connection with 80+ Mbps speed.
• Electricity backup required.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable using calling software.

Training & Joining Details

• Online training will be provided for 4–5 days (Unpaid).
• Training timing will be 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Candidates must attend training regularly.
• No leave is allowed during training without prior notice.
• The trainer will evaluate the candidate's performance.
• Final joining will be confirmed only after trainer approval.
• After confirmation, the Offer Letter will be sent to the candidate's email address within 15 days.
• Daily work commitments will be assigned after training and may increase weekly.
• The team will provide complete support to achieve targets.
• Personal phones cannot be used for official calls.
• The company will provide dedicated telecalling software.
• Access to the laptop may be required to install and configure the calling software.
