Required Experience/Qualification
  1. Experience in selling industrial paints, welding industry products (equipment, abrasives, safety products), powder coating paints, painting equipment, adhesives, powder coating equipment, and industrial touch-up paints.
  2. Proven record of consistently achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  3. Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a sales team.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with expertise in building rapport and negotiating effectively.
  6. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
  7. Solid knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including market research and analysis.
  8. Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Masters degree is an advantage.
