Qualificações

• 4 years of experience in As400/iSeries Batch Operations.
• Experience with scheduling software, reporting, and logging.
• Proficient with operating systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting, backup/recovery and basic networking.
• Strong experience in Mainframe operations, batch processing, console operations and infrastructure support.
• Experience with ITSM/Remedy ticketing systems and incident management processes.
• Strong understanding of SLA management and operational governance.
• Proven ability to lead Sev1/Sev2 incident management and SWAT calls.
• Excellent customer communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
• Experience managing operations teams in a 24x7 production support environment.
• Knowledge of mainframe technologies, iSeries operations, and enterprise infrastructure support.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily, weekly, and shift-based schedules to ensure adequate operational coverage.
• Coordinate staffing and workload distribution for batch streams and LPAR coverage.

Your Role

Computer Operators at Kyndryl are key in helping revolutionize the way we operate complex computer systems. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, supervise and control intricate networks and applications, and operate distributed systems in a multi-vendor environment.

As a Computer Operator you will be on the technical frontline – performing batch operations as per service agreements, analyzing first-level issues across systems, and resolving/routing issues as appropriate. You will also have the opportunity to develop support system management processes specific to customer requirements, ensuring that we provide the highest level of service to our customers.
