Principal Duties And Responsibilities

Working closely with our clients, Consulting professionals design, build and implement strategies that can help enhance business performance. They develop specialized expertise—strategic, industry, functional, technical—in a diverse project environment that offers multiple opportunities for career growth. • Transformation Office (TO) practitioners will shape, mobilize and execute a Transformation Journey with our clients
• TO professionals will act as the glue between program stakeholders (internal and external) to keep the course and maximize value realization
• Use their deep industry and technology competence e.g., in Cloud, Data or Security to build rapport equally with senior and deeply skilled stakeholders in both business and technology functions and facilitate quick and effective decisions
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams to shape, sell, communicate and implement programs
• Program management oriented along value realization and multiple dimensions (e.g., financial, experience, sustainability)
• Using industry knowledge, guide our clients towards a well-defined target picture while effectively managing changes
• Mentor and develop our people

Key Competencies and Skills

• Strong desire to work in technology-driven business transformation
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders to architect, mobilize, and launch delivery constructs to execute a Transformation Journey with our clients
• Apply a cross-enterprise perspective spanning across both business and technology stakeholders, with ability to work through ambiguity to pursue a consistent transformation vision as well as understand, articulate and resolve key dependencies.
• Apply expertise in strategic analysis, business architecture, process architecture, organizational change management, value analysis program/project management and stakeholder management
• Understand end-to-end transformation and its strategic impact, and have a broad understanding of the issues a C-suite member can encounter, and the technology and non-technology levers to reach the desired state.
• Maintain a broad understanding of enterprise delivery models (agile, scaled agile, predictive) and insights into how cultural, organizational, and solution trends impact these models
• Manage across transformation management domains for a workstream (e.g. scope, cost, schedule, etc.)
• Facilitate design thinking and/or customer journey workshops to support development of a transformation roadmap and/or strategy
• Help define the value of a transformation and how to measure and track success
• Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and client relationships
• Proven track record in working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment with effective consulting skills
• Proven track record to quickly understand the key value drivers of a business, how they impact the scope and approach of the engagement
