NTT DATA Global Delivery Services Ltd in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India is hiring an AI Engineer - AWS to build, deploy and support production-grade Agentic AI and multi-agent solutions on AWS. You will work hands-on with Python, LangGraph, LangChain, and AWS Bedrock to develop production APIs, orchestrate tools, and ensure security, observability, and cost efficiency.

• Implement automated testing, CI/CD, AI evaluation, guardrails, observability, and security controls.
• Optimize production solutions for performance, reliability, scalability, latency, and cost.
• Collaborate with teams to share reusable patterns, best practices, and AI engineering innovations.
• Provide AI engineering consulting and technical guidance on Agentic AI implementation and adoption.

AI Engineer Role Summary We are seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to build, deploy, and support production-grade Agentic AI and multi-agent solutions on AWS. This is an engineering-focused role requiring strong software development expertise, rapid prototyping capabilities, and the ability to transform successful AI concepts into secure, scalable, and production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy Agentic AI and multi-agent solutions using Python, LangGraph, and LangChain.
• Develop POCs and rapidly transition successful approaches into production.
• Implement orchestration, tool calling, state/memory management, checkpointing, HITL, MCP, and A2A capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI/ML Engineering, or related development roles.
• Strong Python software engineering skills.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, Agentic AI, and multi-agent systems.
• Strong experience with AWS, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, MCP, and A2A.
• Strong understanding of RAG, LLMs, embeddings, vector search, tool calling, state/memory management, and HITL.
• Experience with FastAPI, APIs, Docker, Git, CI/CD, automated testing, AI evaluation, guardrails, observability, and production support.
• Ability to independently deliver high-quality production solutions from established designs.

Mandatory Experience Proven experience building, deploying, and supporting at least two production-grade multi-agent AI solutions. Production experience is essential; certification, tutorial, hackathon, or POC-only experience is not sufficient.

Preferred Skills

• Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Kubernetes/EKS.
• OpenTelemetry or LangSmith.
• SageMaker or MLflow.
• Azure and/or GCP exposure.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with SAP environments.

Preferred Certifications

• AWS Certified Generative AI Developer – Professional.
• AWS Certified Machine Learning Engineer – Associate.
