Job summary

Hexaware Technologies is seeking a senior AI engineer to define GenAI system architecture, build AI assurance strategies, and implement evaluation frameworks. You will work with RAG/Agents, integrate evaluation tools into CI/CD, and lead a team of experts.

The role requires expert Python skills and experience with leading AI observability platforms to ensure safe and reliable AI deployments.

Qualifications

• Expert in GenAI system architecture including RAG and agent-based designs.
• Experience designing and implementing AI evaluation frameworks.
• Expert level knowledge of AI evaluation tools and observability platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own AI assurance strategy to assess AI systems for quality, safety, reliability and responsible AI behavior.
• Integrate AI evaluation with CI/CD pipelines.
