Job summary

Purview Services is seeking a Testing- AI engineer with ~5–10 years of experience for a hybrid role in India. You will work on frontier agentic AI models, develop automated tests, and validate AI agent interactions with APIs and databases. Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript is required.

You will collaborate across DevOps practices (Jenkins, Ansible) and testing tools (Selenium, Playwright, JMeter, REST tools) to ensure robust agent performance.

Qualifications

• Total work experience ~5-10 years.
• Knowledge of frontier agentic models (OpenAI GPT, Gemini AI, Claude) and building agentic AI agents.
• Experience with testing agents including Selenium, Appium, Playwright, JMeter, Roboframework, TOSCA, TDM, DevTest.
• Prompt engineering and evaluation to test how agents respond to instructions and prompts.
• Programming proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript for scripting and analyzing agent traces.
• System architecture and tooling to test AI interactions with external tools, APIs, databases, and web services.
• DevOps expertise (SCM, Jenkins, Ansible).
• Testing expertise with tools like Playwright, JMeter, API testing tools such as Insomnia, Karate, REST Assured.
• Writing scripts to automate test cases and validate agent functionality and integration with external systems.

Responsibilities

• Test AI agent interactions with external tools, APIs and databases.
• Develop and execute automated tests for agentic AI workflows.
• Analyze agent traces and customize test environments using Python/TypeScript/JS.
• Validate tool selection, API payloads and integration quality across systems.
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for AI testing.

• Total Work experience ~5-10 years
• Frontier agentic models: Knowledge of Frontier agentic models (OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini AI, Anthropic Claude etc.,) and building Agentic AI agents.
• MCP with Testing agents Selenium, Appium, Playwright, JMeter, Roboframework, commercial tools like TOSCA, TDM, DevTest
• Prompt Engineering & Evaluation: Prompting to solve a QA problem, Testing how agents respond to various instructions, chain-of-thought prompts, and few-shot techniques.
• Programming: Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript is required for scripting, analyzing agent traces, and customizing test environments. Rapid prototyping
• System Architecture & Tooling: Ability to test AI interactions with external tools, APIs, databases, and web services (e.g., verifying tool selection and API payload accuracy).
• DevOps expertise (SCM, Jenkins, Ansible)
• Testing Expertise (Good to have):
