Job summary

Innovix Labs, based in New Delhi, is hiring an Artificial Intelligence Engineer for a full-time hybrid role. You will design and implement AI-powered systems, focusing on NLP, neural networks, and pattern recognition.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, research models, and deploy scalable AI solutions for enterprise use. You will build scalable backends and APIs, data pipelines, and secure microservices, while optimizing AI workflows and cost.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in backend development (Node, PHP, Python, Java).
• 1–2 years hands-on experience in AI/ML + LLM development.
• Engineering graduate (B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech).
• Translate business problems into technical solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Create scalable AI systems that are reliable, secure, and usable in production.
• Strong knowledge of backend frameworks & architecture.
• API Integration for Claude, DeepSeek, OpenAI etc.
• Strong problem-solving + ownership mindset.
• Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks.
• Hands-on experience in NLP and related technologies.
• Ability to solve complex problems and implement scalable AI solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer, based in New Delhi, with flexibility for partial remote work. The selected candidate will design, develop, and implement AI-based systems, focusing on areas such as natural language processing, neural networks, and pattern recognition. Responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, performing research to develop cutting-edge AI models, writing clean and efficient software code, and optimizing AI algorithms for real-world applications. Additionally, the role requires testing, debugging, and ensuring the scalability of solutions to meet enterprise needs.
