Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is hiring a Senior / Lead AI Engineer to build and scale GenAI and agentic AI systems for enterprise applications. You will design, deploy and optimize LLMs, multi-agent workflows, and RAG pipelines across cloud and backend platforms.

The role requires 6+ years in AI/GenAI, strong Python, and hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern AI frameworks. This is a hands-on, high-impact engineering position.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in AI/GenAI with enterprise experience.
• Strong Python expertise and hands-on AI development.
