Responsibilities

• - Leading software engineering projects to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
• - Designing, coding, and testing applications using Python, React Native, and Flutter to deliver exceptional user experiences
• - Managing application development and lifecycle management to optimize software solutions
• - Implementing microservices architecture to improve system scalability and reliability
• - Developing solution architecture and system software to support innovative product development
• - Overseeing software project management to confirm successful planning, budgeting, and execution
• - Mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance
• - Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues
• - Validating professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct
• - Encouraging the use of innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance delivery and inspire teams
• -Proven delivery of production full-stack systems (React + Python) and AI/ML or GenAI solutions
• -Strong architectural judgment across front-end, back-end, and LLM/agent orchestration
• -Deep familiarity with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, ReAct) and LLM orchestration
• -Experience with enterprise integrations, distributed systems , cloud (Azure / AWS / GCP), containers/Kubernetes, and security best practices
