Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models using Python.
• Implement scalable data pipelines and model deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into applications.
• Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and apply them to business problems.
• Ensure model performance, reliability, and ethical AI practices.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in AI development.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 58 years in AI/ML engineering or related fields.
• Programming: Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• ML/AI Expertise: Hands‑on experience with supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, computer vision, and deep learning.
• Deployment: Knowledge of model serving frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe).
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI/ML workloads.
• Data Handling: Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and large-scale data management.
• Tools: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem‑solving ability, communication skills, and collaborative mindset.
