We are hiring for Multiple AIML Roles in the Ascent Business Solutions where as Sr . AI Lead Engineer / AI Manager/ Associate Director / Director AIML

Role & responsibilities

• Define and execute the Enterprise AI Strategy, Roadmap, and AI Factory/Agentic AI Factory Model aligned to healthcare business goals.
• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of AI platforms, Gen AI solutions, LLM-based systems, Agentic AI frameworks, and Conversational AI products.
• Architect scalable, secure, and responsible AI solutions leveraging RAG, CAG, MCP, SLM, Context Engineering, Vector DB, Graph DB, and multi-modal LLMs.
• Drive MLOps/LLMOps practices, model monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, and production-grade AI deployment on AWS and Cloud AI services.
• Provide technical leadership across AI/ML, NLP, Deep Learning, and Data Science initiatives hands-on coding in Python and SQL as required.
• Champion AI Governance, Responsible AI, and AI Security frameworks across the enterprise.
• Lead Pre-sales, RFP/RFI responses, GTM strategy, and client engagement for AI solutions.
• Build, mentor, and grow high-performing AI engineering teams; drive training, performance management, and talent development.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships, executive communication, and AI program portfolio delivery.
• Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, risk governance, and compliance for AI initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• 12-20 years of progressive experience in AI/ML Engineering, Data Science, and technology leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale AI/Gen AI/LLM solutions in complex, regulated environments (Healthcare preferred).
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, ML/DL frameworks, LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI systems.
• Experience with AI Platform Engineering, AWS ML/AI Services, MLOps, LLMOps, and cloud-native architectures.
• Demonstrated leadership in AI practice building, digital transformation, and executive stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, consulting, and business development skills; prior Pre-sales/GTM experience preferred.
• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
