SG Analytics, a leading global insights and analytics company, seeks an AI Developer - Agent Specialist to build intelligent agents and automated workflows within Azure AI Foundry for our enterprise AI platform. This role focuses on delivering the Agent Workforce—such as TaxPrep Bot and DocIntake—and optimizing delivery across core service lines to drive data-driven results.

The position requires 4+ years in software development, 2+ years in AI agent development, and hands-on Azure AI Foundry

Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years of total software development experience.
• 2+ years focused specifically on AI agent development.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry or similar agent development platforms.

Responsibilities

• Agent Development: Design and build intelligent AI agents using Azure AI Foundry for tasks such as automated document processing, tax/compliance monitoring, and M&A analysis.
• Workflow Automation: Build end-to-end automated workflows that seamlessly integrate AI agents with existing enterprise systems.
• Model Fine-Tuning: Execute post-training techniques including fine-tuning, instruction tuning, and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).
• Evaluation Frameworks: Design comprehensive evaluation frameworks for AI agents including accuracy, reliability, and compliance metrics.

SG Analytics is seeking an AI Developer - Agent Specialist who will focus on building intelligent agents and automated workflows within Azure AI Foundry for our enterprise AI platform. This role is critical to developing our Agent Workforce—such as TaxPrep Bot, Compliance RiskBot, and DocIntake—and optimizing overall delivery workflows across our core service lines. This directly supports our mission to become an industry-leading, AI-powered insights and analytics firm.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Agent Development: Design and build intelligent AI agents using Azure AI Foundry for tasks such as automated document processing, tax/compliance monitoring, and M&A analysis.
• Workflow Automation: Build end-to-end automated workflows that seamlessly integrate AI agents with existing enterprise systems.
• Model Fine-Tuning: Execute post-training techniques including fine-tuning, instruction tuning, and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).
• Evaluation Frameworks: Design comprehensive evaluation frameworks for AI agents including accuracy, reliability, and compliance metrics.

REQUIRED SKILLSET

• Experience: 4+ years of total software development experience.
• 2+ years focused specifically on AI agent development.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry or similar agent development platforms.

Core Technologies:

• Microsoft Azure AI Foundry: Strong proficiency in the Azure AI services ecosystem.
• Agent Development: Understanding of multi-agent systems (MOE), reasoning frameworks, and agent orchestration.
• Workflow Design: Hands-on expertise in Prompt Flow, automation pipelines, and human-in-the loop systems.
• Post-Training Techniques: Experience with fine-tuning, instruction tuning, RLHF, and domain adaptation.
• Model Evaluation: Familiarity with performance metrics, benchmark development, and A/B testing frameworks.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (GOOD TO HAVE)

• Bachlore’s/Master’s degree in computer science, AI/ML, or an MBA with a technical focus.
• Proven experience in building and deploying production-grade AI agents and automated enterprise workflows.
• A consulting mindset with a strong bias for action.
• Adept at connecting high-level strategy to execution and simplifying complex technical concepts.
• Strong passion for enabling teams and driving business transformation through artificial intelligence
