We are looking for an experienced AI Developer with a strong background in software development (PHP, Angular, Python, etc.) and 3-4 years of dedicated experience in Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs) for real-world applications such as text generation, summarization, chatbots, and intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions, focusing on language models (LLMs and SLMs) for various use cases.
• Fine-tune pre-trained LLMs (like GPT, BERT, LLaMA, etc.) and optimize SLMs for domain-specific tasks.
• Integrate language models into web and mobile applications using appropriate APIs or SDKs.
• Build intelligent systems for natural language understanding (NLU), generation (NLG), summarization, classification, etc.
• Work with software and data engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of AI solutions in production.
• Optimize model performance with respect to latency, accuracy, and memory usage.
• Stay current with developments in the field of generative AI, transformers, and open‑source models.
• Maintain robust documentation and versioning of models and datasets.

Required Skills:

AI & Language Model Experience (3-4 Years)

Strong hands‑on experience with:

• Large Language Models (LLMs): GPT, BERT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude, etc.
• Small Language Models (SLMs): Custom‑trained or domain‑specific smaller models for faster, cost‑efficient inference.
• NLP tools and frameworks: Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, etc.
• Experience in:
• Text generation, classification, sentiment analysis, and named entity recognition (NER).
• Fine‑tuning and prompt engineering of LLMs.
• Deploying models via REST APIs or as microservices (Flask, FastAPI, etc.).
• Using vector databases (like FAISS, Pinecone) for RAG‑based systems.
• Evaluation of model performance using standard NLP metrics.

Software Development (7-10 Years)

• Proficient in Python, PHP, And Angular.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, backend development, and full‑stack integration.
• Experience with cloud‑based deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git for version control.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• Experience working with tools like OpenAI, Cohere, Anthropic, or custom LLM hosting.
• Exposure to MLOps practices and model monitoring.
• Knowledge of ethical AI principles, data privacy, and security.
