• Engage in client discussions and provide reporting assistance.

What You\'ll Work On

As an Article Assistant, you will receive hands-on exposure across multiple practice areas, including:

Statutory Audits

• Audit of companies, LLPs, trusts, societies, and other entities.
• Preparation of audit documentation and working papers.
• Verification of financial statements and supporting records.
• Exposure to Companies Act, Accounting Standards (AS), Ind AS, and Standards on Auditing (SAs).

Internal Audits

• Process walkthroughs and internal control evaluations.
• Risk assessment and preparation of audit observations.
• Review of operational, financial, and compliance controls.
• Client discussions and reporting.

Tax Audits

• Conduct tax audits under the Income-tax Act.
• Preparation of Form 3CD and supporting schedules.
• Verification of books of account and tax compliances.
• Exposure to income tax assessments and notices.

GST Audits & Compliance

• GST return reconciliation and annual compliance.
• GST litigation support and departmental notices.
• GST health checks and advisory assignments.
• Review of GST input tax credit and statutory compliance.

Bank Audits

• Statutory Branch Audits
• Stock Audits.
• Revenue Audits.

ROC & Secretarial Compliance

• Company incorporation and LLP registrations.
• Filing of ROC forms with MCA.
• Preparation of Board Resolutions and Minutes.
• Annual ROC compliances.

Additional Exposure

• Financial statement preparation.
• Accounting and bookkeeping assignments.
• Due diligence and advisory engagements.
• Client interaction and professional communication.
• ERP systems such as SAP, Tally, Zoho Books, and Microsoft Excel.
• CA Intermediate (Both Groups) cleared.
• Completion of ICITSS (Information Technology & Orientation Course) as per ICAI requirements.
