• Support corporate and financial consultancy activities including financial analysis and statutory compliances under Companies Act.

Key Areas of Exposure

• Statutory & Internal Audit: Planning, execution, and documentation of audits across diverse industries, testing of internal financial controls, and compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS / AS).
• Direct & Indirect Taxation: Preparation and filing of Income Tax and GST returns, assistance in tax audits, TDS compliance, and representation support.
• Corporate & Financial Consultancy: Financial analysis, statutory compliances under the Companies Act, certifications, and business advisory services.

Candidate Profile

• Successfully completed CA Intermediate.
• Basic knowledge of accounting standards, income tax provisions, and GST regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally).
