• Coordinating with seniors on planning and management of assignments.
• Assisting managers in providing timely and high-quality services.

Position Overview

The Trainee – Corporate Tax will play a key role insupporting Baker Tilly’s mission to deliver exceptional client service andstrategic insights. This position involves assisting clients on corporate andinternational tax matters, including tax advisory, DTAA implications, digitaltax, cross-border transactions, Income-tax and FEMA analysis, evaluatingjurisprudence, and handling tax controversy and litigation matters as part ofthe International Tax team.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertakingdetailedand complete research work on the work assigned, drafting the preliminarydeliverable based on research.
