The role involves supporting statutory audits, tax computations, due diligence, RBI/FEMA compliance, and exposure to US GAAP and cross-border engagements under the guidance of experienced partners.

Qualifications

• CA articleship as per ICAI guidelines.
• Interest in auditing, taxation, accounting and finance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and special assignments.
• Prepare audit working papers and supporting documentation.
• Verify financial records, vouchers, and accounting transactions.
• Assist in income tax return preparation and tax computations.
• Support GST return filing, reconciliations, and compliance.
• Assist in international taxation and transfer pricing assignments.
• Assist in due diligence and business advisory assignments.
• Support IPO and fundraising-related work.
• Assist in valuation assignments and financial analysis.
• Assist with RBI and FEMA-related compliance.
• Support ROC filings and secretarial compliance.
• Work on IFRS, Ind AS, and other regulatory matters.
• Assist with US GAAP-related assignments.
• Support engagements involving international clients and cross-border transactions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Audit & Assurance

• Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and special assignments.
• Prepare audit working papers and supporting documentation.

2. Taxation

• Support GST return filing, reconciliations, and compliance.

• Gain exposure to global accounting and compliance practices, including relevant PCAOB/AICPA-related engagements, as applicable.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates eligible for CA articleship as per ICAI guidelines.
• Strong interest in auditing, taxation, accounting, and finance.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting principles.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively.
