Job summary

Sharp & Tannan Group in Maharashtra, India is seeking a CA Inter candidate pursuing articleship to assist in internal audits across multiple industries. You will help in process reviews (P2P, O2C, H2R), inventory management, treasury and finance, fixed assets, and compliance tasks under supervision.

The role involves conducting walkthroughs, preparing RCMs and audit papers, testing controls, drafting observations, and supporting audit reports and management presentations.

Qualifications

• CA Inter pursuing articleship, strong academic background preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting Internal Audits across various industries.
• Perform process reviews covering Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
• Perform process reviews covering Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• Perform process reviews covering Hire-to-Retire (H2R).
• Support Inventory Management activities.
• Assist Treasury & Finance related tasks.
• Assist with Fixed Assets records and controls.
• Assist in Compliance & Regulatory Reviews.
• Conduct walkthroughs and discussions with client personnel.
• Prepare Risk Control Matrices (RCM), process flowcharts, and audit work papers.
• Test internal controls and identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.
• Verify supporting documents, transactions, and compliance with internal policies.
• Draft audit observations and recommendations.
• Assist in preparing audit reports and management presentations.
• Coordinate with clients for data requirements and follow-up on audit queries.
