Job summary

Dentsu Creative is seeking a hands-on Senior Designer to collaborate with copy partners and the creative director, turning big ideas into visual concepts. You will own design work, mentor the team, and ensure the brand tone is reflected in every deliverable.

You will present ideas to clients, guide the design process, and act as the main contact for account and project management, shaping the creative product from concept to final execution.

• Executes creative concepts with copy partner under the direction of the creative director
• Identifies creative thinking towards big ideas
• Presents big ideas to clients using a variety of techniques
• Visualises concepts and interprets them into design
• Takes ownership of creative work and leads the design team by example
• Ensures the brand tone and position is exemplified within the creative product
• Provides insightful, creative executions which positively impact a client's business
• Leads, motivates and develops the design team
• Acts as a main point of contact in the team for Account Management and Project Management
