Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Salem for an experienced Area Sales Manager. In this role, you will oversee and manage sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, leading and motivating a sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction with Namma Office’s services. The role requires a proactive approach to market trends and competitor analysis to ensure consistent growth.
