  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Address customer queries and resolve issues quickly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Expand the companys presence in the assigned area.
  • Implement promotional activities and campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Use sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Ensure timely availability of products at key outlets and retailers.
  • Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
