Job Designation / Title: Area sales manager (ASM)

Location: Haryana / Rajasthan/ Tamilnadu


Department / Unit: B2R

Key Responsibilities
  • Team management- FOS & tele caller
  • Coordinating with team to drive sales numbers for the state
  • Visiting market along with FOS, converting potential buyers
  • Should plan and strategize daily sales target for the team
  • Closely working with central teams to be up to date with currently sales targets, offers and discounts if any
  • Onboarding new set of buyers pool with a capacity of booking monthly refurb mobile phone of 500 numbers
  • Conducting daily/weekly and monthly reviews with team to build traction in sales number
  • Should be aware of territory and region to build retail network
  • Monthly sales target has to be met
  • Building retail network
  • Travelling extensively in a month meeting all the registered buyers, gathering feedback on a monthly basis from retailers
Candidate Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of mobile phone industry
  • Knowledge of geography/ region scale to generate new sales channels
