Role & responsibilities

ASM: the role is now driven basis the target rather than number of employees reporting to them , approx.

  • Partnership expansion with GT and Key accounts
  • POS expansion in their defined territories
  • Establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Company's business plan. Sales plan execution.
  • Identifying valuable emerging markets; Provide company expansion across the location
  • Promote the company's product line and sales programs in the location.
  • Coordinates development of sales objectives, strategies, advertising and execution of promotional programs.
Preferred candidate profile
  • More Than 6 year of Experience in Sales.
  • Team Oriented and Inspirational Leader.
  • Must be able to direct, coach and mentor the growth and success.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage employee (500+).
