Job summary

Poonawalla Fincorp in Prayagraj seeks a Compliance & Audit professional to lead gold loan audits across the assigned area, ensuring adherence to processes and policies for customer profiles and gold collateral.

You will coordinate with Sales teams and Branches, monitor branch audit and RCU reports, support the Recovery Team to curb delinquencies, and ensure regulatory compliance across all locations.

Qualifications

• Manage Gold loan audits in the assigned Area/Region and ensure compliance with policies.
• Handle internal Compliance & Audit related queries.
• Ensure trainings on Process, Policies, Compliance & regulations are conducted regularly.
• Interact with Sales Teams to ensure Branches follow Processes and Procedures.
• Monitor and review Branch Audit reports and RCUs regularly.
• Coordinate with Recovery Team to control delinquency and NPAs.
• Ensure regulatory and procedural compliance is adhered by Branches.
• Coordinate with Branches and HO for Audit requirements.
• Conduct follow-ups of Audit queries and resolutions within timelines.
• Identify and recruit Gold Assayers.
• Verify registers/records/files maintained by Branches as per instructions.

Responsibilities

• Manage Gold loan audits in the assigned Area/Region and ensure all the Process & Policies are followed as per defined guidelines w.r.t Customer profile & Gold Collateral etc.
• Handle all internal Compliance & Audit related queries.
• Ensure Trainings were done & conducted on Process, Policies, Compliance & regulations in regular intervals
• Interacting with Sales Teams in regular intervals and ensure all the Process & Procedures are well maintained in the Branches.
• Monitor & review the Process Auditors Branch Audit reports in regular interval.
• Monitor & review the RCU queries in regular interval.
• Coordinating with Recovery Team for controlling the Delinquency & NPA
• Ensure regulatory and procedural compliance is adhered by the Branches
• Co-ordinate with Branches and HO for Audit requirements.
• Conduct follow-ups of Audits queries and resolution within the timelines.
• Identifying and recruitment of Gold Assayers
• Verification of various Registers/Records/Files to be maintained by the Branch as per the standing instructions and as per circulars issued from time to time.
