Role holder to ensure Customer Satisfaction, Business Growth through Service Promotion and effective Service Reach in the region.

Key Deliverables
  • Strategize and develop service plan in line for enhanced CSI score.
  • To strategize and improve service reachability.
  • To improve reach, systems and productivity of dealer infrastructure.
  • To ensure efficient complaint handling SOPs are implemented across the region.
  • Ensure skill development dealer teams through regular learning interventions.
  • Achieve revenue growth and profitability at dealer points through initiatives and regular reviews.
Candidate Specifications
  • An Engineering graduate with 11+ years in the Auto / Tractor industry.
  • Good communication skills, proven ability to build relationships and work with multiple stakeholders
  • Position Reporting to: Regional Manager - Customer Support.
