Job summary

You will interface with clients, consultants, engineers, and project teams to align architectural requirements with engineering disciplines.

The role focuses on coordinating design activities, managing BIM processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance across EPC/EPCM environments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural design activities from concept through construction.
• Manage multidisciplinary design interfaces: architecture, structural, mechanical, electrical, process and utilities.
• Review design drawings, BIM models, and consultant submissions.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and client standards.
• Facilitate design review workshops and stakeholder coordination meetings.
• Track design deliverables, changes, RFIs and approvals.
• Support value engineering and constructability reviews.
• Ensure timely closure of design issues impacting schedules.
• Collaborate with construction teams for site implementation support.

Position Summary

The Design Coordinator (Architect) will be responsible for managing and coordinating architectural design deliverables across industrial and manufacturing facility projects. The role will act as the key interface between clients, consultants, engineers, and project teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural requirements with engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural design activities from concept through construction.
