RVN Inc. seeks an Architectural BIM Modeler with 6+ years of core expertise in Pharma and FMCG projects to own the detailing phase for industrial steel and RCC buildings.

The role requires independent, proactive professionals capable of handling complex 3D modeling, clash checks, and engineering design documentation with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Around 6+ years of dedicated engineering experience in Pharma and FMCG projects.
• Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering, Diploma of Architecture, or Diploma in Civil.
• Expertise in AutoCAD and Revit Architecture with BIM 360 platform.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Architectural Concept, Detailed, approval and construction drawings for Industrial Steel buildings.
• Develop Master Plans, Building Floor Plans, Elevations and sections.
• Create interior drawings: reflected ceiling plans, floor finish layout, wet area details, joinery schedules.
• Model in 3D using Revit Architecture with inter-discipline coordination.
• Coordinate with Civil, Structural, MEP services for clash checking and layouts.

Position Summary POSITION TYPE Third-Party Contract (TPC) / Full-Time Engagement REPORTING TO Pharma & FMCG Projects Domain / Talent Acquisition Engineering Business Unit An Architectural BIM Modeler with 6+ years of core expertise in Pharmaceutical and FMCG projects. The candidate will take complete ownership of the structural and architectural detailing phase for industrial steel and RCC buildings. The role demands an independent, proactive professional capable of handling complex 3D modeling, cross-discipline clash checking, and engineering design documentation with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation of Architectural Concept drawings, Detailed drawings, approval drawings, and construction drawings of Industrial Steel buildingPreparation of Architectural drawings like Master Plan, Building Floor Plan, Elevations, and sectionsPreparation of Interior drawings like reflected ceiling plans, Floor finish layout, wet area details, joinery schedule, and furniture layoutDeveloping 3D building Model using Revit Architecture Detailing with inter discipline co-ordination to complete the design drawings Well versed with General arrangement drawings preparation for RCC and steel buildings Working experience in detailing process/non process buildings, warehouse projects, and warehouse facilities Perform quality checks on all model outputs and layout extractions Perform co-ordination with other inter disciplines like Civil, structural, water supply, drainage, site infrastructure works, MEP services etc., for cut-out and clash checking Willing to travel to job site when the dynamic phases of the project demand itLeading the detailing part independently with limited review from the Architects

Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements

Around 6+ years of dedicated engineering experience in Pharma and FMCG Projects (consumer goods projects of all types)Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering, Diploma of Architecture, or Diploma in Civil Expertise in AutoCAD and Revit Architecture software platforms Exposure in BIM 360 platform and advanced knowledge of 3d model co-ordination and clash checking Working experience in US code, Euro code, and Indian code detailing standards (Knowledge in American codes & Standards highly preferred)Good communication skills to co-ordinate smoothly with inter-disciplinary engineering groups Good English communication skills (written and verbal)Proactive mindset, strong project ownership capabilities, and ability to troubleshoot detailing challenges independently.
