Architect / Planner

Essential Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Planning

Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience: 3-5 Years

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architect / Urban Planner with relevant experience in urban development, infrastructure planning, and architectural design. The ideal candidate will work on a wide range of government and public sector projects, contributing to master plans, zoning layouts, architectural proposals, and development strategies. Experience with statutory regulations, spatial analysis, and stakeholder coordination is essential.

The role demands a sound understanding of urban planning principles, site analysis, and project integration with infrastructure services.

• Prepare and review architectural and urban design drawings.
• Develop site layout plans, master plans, and conceptual design proposals.
• Conduct spatial planning, land use analysis, and infrastructure integration.
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports, feasibility studies, and DPRs.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, and utility teams to ensure design synergy.
• Engage with local authorities and clients for planning approvals.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and planning norms.
• Participate in public consultations, stakeholder meetings, and site visits.
• Support GIS-based planning and urban data analysis (if applicable).

Essential Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Gujarati & English).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, GIS tools (ArcGIS/QGIS), Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong design and visualization skills.
