Job summary

Genpact is seeking an Architect - Application Development Platforms UI/UX_Workflow in India. You will translate bold ideas into intuitive user experiences and wireframes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver UX across products.

You will conduct user research, build interactive prototypes, and stay ahead of UX best practices to drive continuous improvement in our AI-driven platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field and certifications in UX/AI tools are advantageous.
• Experience with agile development and UX workflows across teams.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional alignment.
