Iff-c92e5b82 seeks an experienced AR & Credit Operations Manager for its Hyderabad hybrid team. You will lead end-to-end credit and collections within a global Order-to-Cash environment, driving cash flow, DSOs, and risk management.

Collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance, you will optimize processes, ensure SOX controls, and develop leaders while guiding timely month-end close and reporting.

This role partners closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance stakeholders across regions, ensuring strong financial discipline while supporting business continuity and growth.Where You’ll Make a DifferenceManage end‑to‑end credit and collections operations, ensuring timely cash collections and achievement of DSO and overdue targets.Responsible for O2C month-end closing responsibilities globallyProactively review and manage customer credit limits, blocks, and risk exposure in line with company policies and risk appetite.Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow, reduce days sales outstanding (DSO), and drive additional value for the entityDrive effective resolution of overdue balances, disputes, deductions, and unapplied cash.Act as the primary escalation point for high‑risk customers, complex collection issues, and critical business exposures.Ensure strict adherence to SOX, internal controls, and audit requirements within the Order to Cash process.Coach and develop team leaders and managers to promote accountability, high performance, and continuous learning.Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve issues, enable business continuity, and support revenue growth.Review AR aging, trend analysis, and KPIs, and support month‑end close and reporting activities.Prepare and present regular reports on O2C performance to senior management, highlighting areas of value creationIdentify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and system improvements, to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of O2C processSupport transformation initiatives.What Makes You the Right FitBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.10-15 years of progressive experience in Credit & Collections and Order-to-Cash operations, including at least 5 years of people leadership experience.Proven experience working in multinational or shared services environments, with success leading diverse and cross-cultural teams.Strong working knowledge of SAP, including Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, and Controls.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, analysis, and data-driven decision-making.Solid understanding of credit risk assessment, collections strategies, accounts receivable processes, and AR accounting principles.Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to influence outcomes effectively.Strong attention to detail, with a focus on compliance, internal controls, risk management, and process governance.Ability to prioritize competing demands, manage escalations, and drive collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented outcomes in a fast-paced environment.How Would You Stand Out?Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams, providing clear direction while fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and inclusion.Experience leading organizational transformation initiatives, including system implementations, process improvements, centralization efforts, and continuous improvement programs.Demonstrated success driving operational and financial performance through effective management of cash flow, collections, forecasting, customer portfolios, and credit risk.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to balance commercial objectives, governance requirements, and operational excellence in complex environments.Why Choose Us?Hybrid model (3 days/week).Training opportunities.Two-way transportation.We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
