State Street is seeking an APR Analyst to collaborate with development managers, finance and global teams. This strategic role drives a critical program across the business and requires strong communication and project management skills.

With 7-10 years of experience in technology strategy, PM or business analysis, you will structure projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery aligned with strategy in a hybrid Hyderabad-based setup.

• Plan, structure, and execute diverse projects with engagement and cross-functional teams. to Identify and structureappropriate workinggroups to execute on our rationalization plans.
• Work with delivery teams to ensure execution on timelines and in alignment with strategy

Core/Must have skills

BachelorsDegree in Computer Science /IT

Experience in working with global teams is mandatory

Must be a skilled communicator up, across, down and outside of the organization as needed

Project Management Experience Strong presentation skills Individual contributor and a self-starter

Demonstratedprior experience performing application related analysis in financial services
