Job summary

Logic Planet is seeking an experienced PKI and certificate automation specialist to design, implement, and operate enterprise certificate lifecycle solutions using AppViewX across on-prem and cloud environments.

You will integrate with Microsoft CA, DigiCert, Entrust, and cloud platforms, develop automation workflows, monitor certificate health, and collaborate with security, network, and cloud teams to strengthen governance and reduce outages.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing AppViewX CLM across large enterprises.
• Hands-on PKI administration with MS CA and certificate automation.
• Strong scripting in PowerShell or Python for automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, administration, and optimization of the AppViewX CLM platform.
• Manage certificate discovery, inventory, issuance, renewal, revocation, and expiration tracking.
• Integrate AppViewX with Microsoft PKI, DigiCert, Entrust, cloud platforms, and enterprise apps.
• Develop and maintain automation workflows to streamline certificate operations.
• Monitor certificate health, compliance, and lifecycle metrics.
• Support enterprise PKI environments including MS CA and related services.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, network, cloud, and security teams to onboard systems.
• Troubleshoot certificate-related issues and provide technical support for SSL/TLS and PKI.
• Conduct security assessments and compliance reviews related to certificate management.
• Create operational procedures, governance standards, and best practices.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement in visibility and security posture.

Job Description

Design, implement, and manage enterprise-wide certificate lifecycle management solutions using AppViewX. Oversee certificate discovery, issuance, renewal, revocation, and compliance activities across cloud, network, infrastructure, and application landscapes. Integrate AppViewX with Microsoft CA, DigiCert, Entrust, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications to automate certificate operations. Develop automation workflows and scripting solutions to reduce manual effort and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, application, and cloud teams to improve certificate governance, reduce outages, and strengthen organizational security posture. Maintain PKI best practices and ensure compliance with internal security standards and industry requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, administration, and optimization of the AppViewX Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.


• Manage certificate discovery, inventory, issuance, renewal, revocation, and expiration tracking across enterprise environments.


• Integrate AppViewX with Microsoft PKI, DigiCert, Entrust, cloud platforms, load balancers, web servers, and enterprise applications.


• Develop and maintain automation workflows using AppViewX and scripting technologies to streamline certificate operations.


• Monitor certificate health, compliance, and lifecycle metrics, ensuring proactive risk mitigation.


• Support enterprise PKI environments, including Microsoft Certificate Authorities and related certificate services.


• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, network, cloud, and security teams to onboard certificate-dependent systems into AppViewX.


• Troubleshoot certificate-related issues and provide technical support for SSL/TLS and PKI implementations.


• Perform security assessments and compliance reviews related to certificate management, encryption, and PKI controls.


• Create operational procedures, governance standards, and best practices for certificate lifecycle management.


• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on AppViewX, PKI, certificate automation, and SSL/TLS technologies.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance certificate visibility, automation, scalability, and security posture.
