• Ensure high standards of data accuracy, quality, and compliance while meeting timelines and SLAs.
• Monitor MIS reports, process trackers, and relevant documentation.
• Collaborate with correspondents, sales associates, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality of reports.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support research-driven projects, business presentations, and analytical assignments undertaken by the business unit.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and knowledge-sharing across teams.
