Pearson in India is seeking a motivated Quality Engineering Apprentice to launch a career in software quality. This early-career program provides hands-on training in testing, QA processes, and defect management with mentorship.
No prior industry experience is required, only curiosity, attention to detail, and a desire to learn. You'll explore functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing for web applications, assist in documenting test cases, and grow skills in test automation.
We are looking for a motivated and curious Quality Engineering (QE) Apprentice to join our Quality Engineering team as part of our Early Careers program. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the very start of their software quality and testing journey who is eager to learn modern testing practices in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Working under the close guidance of experienced Quality Engineers, you'll build foundational skills in software testing, test automation, quality processes, and defect management, gradually growing your confidence as you learn our tools, standards, and ways of working. No prior professional or hands-on industry experience is required. What matters most is your willingness to learn, curiosity, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for delivering quality software.
