Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking qualified personnel for a quality assurance role in Himachal Pradesh. The candidate will oversee line clearance for multiple manufacturing steps including Dispensing, Granulation, Blending, Compression, Capsule, Coating and Packing, ensuring alignment with SOPs and batch records.

The role also covers in-process activities across compression and packing, sampling per SOPs and sampling plan, and monitoring validation batches with proper documentation review of BMR, BPR, and

Responsibilities

• Line Clearance for activities in Dispensing, Granulation, Blending, Compression, Capsule, Coating and Packing as per SOPs and batch records.
• In-process activities as per SOPs, BMR and BPR in all concern areas like Compression, Capsule and Packing.
• Sampling at stages like Blending, Compression, Coating, Capsule and Packing per SOPs, BMR and sampling plan.
• Process Validation activities: monitoring validation batches and collecting samples per protocol.
• Document Review: review BMR, BPR, Audit Trails and machine alarms, ensuring compliance & reconciliation after stages.

Job description

• Line Clearance :- To give the line clearance for the different activity in their concern area like Dispensing, Granulation, Blending, Compression, Capsule, Coating and Packing as per their respective SOPs and batch records.
• In-process Activity :- Perform the in process activities as per the SOPs, BMR and BPR in all concern areas like Compression, Capsule and Packing.
• Sampling:- Doing the sampling at different stages like Blending, Compression, Coating, Capsule and Packing as per the SOPs, BMR and sampling plan.
• Process Validation activities: - Monitoring of the validation batch at different stages and collection of samples as per the protocol.
• Document Review:- Review the documents kike BMR, BPR, Audit Trails and Alarms of Machines, checking the compliance & reconciliation of the products after the completion of respective stages.
