Job summary

State Street is recruiting apprentices for a technology-focused program in Hyderabad and Bangalore. You will gain hands-on experience across coding, design, and SDLC as you work with State Street Technology Services to develop critical applications.

You will learn from mentors, participate in development programs, and contribute to governance, dashboards, and reporting while building skills in analytics and presentation creation.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Experience with data analytics or visualization is a plus.

The role requires attention to detail and good understanding of coding, design, development of applications and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies. Our Apprentices will get an opportunity to work with State Street Technology Services at Hyderabad and Bangalore office locations.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• B.Tech degree or equivalent or related field
• Experience leading verbal and written communications at senior levels with internal and external clients
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and to work efficiently to meet client deliverables.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint), Medium levels of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, excel workbook maintenance best practices)
• Knowledge of data analytics, Macros and visualization (or similar)
