Responsibilities

  • Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • Understand and comply with GMP requirements during all manufacturing activities.
  • Read and Follow SOPs
  • Study Standard Operating Procedures before performing any activity.
  • Learn how manufacturing processes are standardized and controlled.
  • Observe Manufacturing Operations
  • Gain exposure to dispensing, granulation, blending, filling, packaging, or biologics manufacturing processes (depending on the facility).
  • Maintain Production Documentation
  • Support batch records, logbooks, and manufacturing documentation.
  • Learn Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Participate in daily production reviews and understand workflow management.
  • Learn Equipment Operations
  • Observe equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and maintenance activities.
  • Understand the importance of qualified equipment.
  • Support Line Clearance Activities
  • Learn how production areas are checked before starting a new batch to prevent mix-ups.
  • Participate in Safety and EHS Activities
  • Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and emergency response processes.
  • Understand Deviation Reporting
  • Learn how manufacturing issues, deviations, and incidents are documented and investigated.
  • Assist in Production Data Analysis
  • Support collection and review of manufacturing metrics such as yield, downtime, and productivity.
  • Learn Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work with Quality, Warehouse, Engineering, Planning, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Understand how departments collaborate to deliver products.
  • Contribute to Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, process optimization, or productivity improvement initiatives.
