Key Responsibilities

• Administer/process low touch P&C Claims with precision and attention to detail in line with SOP and SLA adherence
• Timely and accurate processing of data in admin system
• Timely cash flow management from/to external parties
• Understand and adhere to KPIs internally and in collaboration with outsource partners
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accurate data and reporting
• Identify deviations/errors and follow through with appropriate corrective actions
• Support audit activities and prepare requested information for auditors
• Facilitate UAT and implementation of system enhancements
• Generate ad-hoc reports as required

As Apprentice, you’ll serve as the critical link to our Market Units team working closely with outsourced partners, ensuring efficient claims processing / underwriting policy administration tasks / credit control tasks while maintaining rigorous quality standards. Your will help us deliver exceptional service to our stakeholders across the Asia & Pacific region.
