Job summary

VOLTO Consulting is seeking a Lead / Senior Applied AI Engineer in Hyderabad to architect and deploy production-grade AI applications. You will drive Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, and LLM orchestration using Python, LangGraph, and enterprise tools.

Responsibilities include building scalable AI pipelines, implementing safety controls, and guiding the AI engineering team through design choices, reviews, and mentoring while ensuring compliance with EU AI Act and DORA.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, LangGraph, Agentic RAG and multi-agent systems.
• Experience in LLM orchestration, prompt engineering and structured outputs.
• Background in Generative AI/Agentic AI with AI safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems using Python and LangGraph.
• Build scalable Agentic RAG pipelines and enterprise-grade LLM applications.
• Implement LLM orchestration, tool calling, workflow automation, and intelligent agents.
• Work with MCP to integrate AI agents with enterprise tools and data sources.
• Develop effective prompt strategies with reusable frameworks.
• Implement prompt injection defense, mitigation of hallucinations, grounding and validation.
• Design and implement structured outputs using schemas and validation.
• Collaborate with leading LLM platforms/models including Claude and others.
• Ensure AI solutions meet AI safety, security, privacy, and responsible AI standards.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and production deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, and DevSecOps.
• Develop and deploy AI workloads on GCP and integrate with enterprise cloud services.
• Work with engineering, security, data, and business teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
• Align AI applications with regulatory and governance requirements (EU AI Act, DORA).
• Lead technical discussions, architecture decisions, code reviews, and mentoring.
