Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a relevant discipline from a recognised Indian or international university.
• Outstanding academic record with demonstrated research excellence.
• Strong publication record in high-quality peer-reviewed journals and/or academic books.
• Evidence of interdisciplinary research and policy engagement will be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to contribute to collaborative research, teaching, mentoring, and institutional development.
• At Associate Professor and Professor levels: substantial evidence of academic leadership, externally funded research, doctoral supervision where applicable, and sustained scholarly contributions.
• Preference may be given to candidates with experience working with governments, international organisations, development agencies, think tanks, or interdisciplinary research centres.

Remuneration

Salary, benefits, and academic support shall be commensurate with qualifications, experience, research accomplishments, and institutional norms, and will be broadly aligned with leading academic and policy research institutions in India according to UGC norms.
